To ensure the best performance and long service life of Boden pumps, please strictly follow the installation and usage instructions provided in the sample.
Before starting continuous operation of the system, we recommend taking the following simple precautions:
- Check whether the direction of the pump is consistent with the direction of the transmission shaft, and do not rotate it in reverse.
- Check whether the main shaft of the pump is aligned with the main shaft of the motor, and ensure that the connection does not produce axial and radial loads.
- Check whether the area between the main shaft and the oil seal is clean. Particles can cause rapid wear of the oil seal and exacerbate leakage.
- Ensure that the suction port and return port pipes are always located below the oil level and as far away from each other as possible.
- When installing, fill the pump with oil and manually rotate it.
- When starting the pump, open the pump's oil drain port to discharge the air in the pipeline.
- To ensure the service life of the pump, avoid or limit starting under loaded conditions.
